Okay, maybe I need to whisper more. Let me shut this door. So like I was saying, I think I'm louder than I think I am. Your point of view is everything. You can be in the same exact situation and be like, uh, whoa. Is me. And you can be in that same exact situation and be like, Okay, I've got this right, and it is a choice, and it is easy to be in the woe is me, and you can be there for a minute. But what always helps me when I'm in any challenge is to sit with all my thoughts, all my feelings. And a lot of times, I'll go for a walk, I'll go for a run, I'll journal, I'll go for a drive, a shower. I know what like really helps me work through things. And I'll go Is this the point of view that I want to continue? And emotions are very temporary, like you can feel super, like, heated, and it's going to like, wear off. You can also feel super excited, and that's going to wear off, right? And so emotions don't last for a while. And so it is important that we we respond rather than reacting, and so I have made it a point to anytime I'm having emotions around something, that I like sit with it before, I like engage in a situation. And that has really helped me to make sure that I don't emotionally respond to something, and I can thoughtfully regulate myself, work through things, see if I'm in the point of view that I want to be in, and then move forward so hands down. When you can get so good at your mental fitness, you can ride the high highs and really enjoy them, and you can navigate through the lower lows of a business, and do it very thoughtfully, intentionally, beautifully and not perfectly, but very humbly, right? And you own your mistakes, you you learn from them, and you just like it's just a whole different vibe. And it does take practice, and one of the best things I know to do is ask yourself, Is this the point of view I want to have? What point of view do I want to have? How do I want to move forward from this? We can't control everything that's happening to us. There is, there is a lot out of our control, but there's also still so much in our control, and that's really what we want to focus on, is, what can I do? Can I choose again? How do I want to respond? What is like the best case scenario, and how can I, you know, increase my odds for success with the best case scenario? So this is definitely a challenging time for so many business owners, and also don't get stuck in that loop of It's a challenging time that is a perspective and there is validity to it, but there's still so much that you can do. You can have a whole different point of view and really work through any and all internal and external challenges that are happening in your business, that are happening in your mind, that are happening in your personal life. You are the creator of your whole reality, and that is actually a really exciting thing. So just sit with that question of like, Am I in the point of view that I want to be in, in my life and in my business and moment by moment? And you can always choose again. You can always choose again. It's never too late. It's never too late. All right, thank you for allowing this to be a two parter. Hopefully he's back asleep, and now I'm going to go to sleep. Good night. You.
