Can we just appreciate beauty right here, that sunset? It's the little things in life. I've been really practicing slowing down, savoring moments, celebrating moments, appreciating moments, appreciating people so important and we get so busy. So this is just a reminder. Go text somebody that you love right now. Think about all the things that you're grateful for. You're already so wealthy, you're already so healthy. Like do we always want more? Of course, we want more. We want more health. We want more time. We want more money. There is absolutely nothing wrong with desiring more. I want to encourage you for it to come from a beautiful, holistic energy that you're appreciating what you already have and who you already have, and also, then, of course, desiring more. So it's like the energy around it, I can't stress is it's imperative, and it is a habit. You know? I love to talk about habits in all different ways, and so go text somebody you love, write down everything you're grateful for, and get so specific on what you're grateful for. Like, I could say I'm grateful for the weather. That's pretty generic. What about the beautiful sunset that is literally stunning, that is so much more specific. And when things are more specific, it like anchors it into our bodies, so much more like, instead of just saying, like, I'm grateful for my kids, which is beautiful and amazing, don't get me wrong, but like, maybe there was a moment that day that you had with them that literally, just like, made you tear up. And so that is so much more specific, so much more potent. And it really like anchors the memory in, like, if you've seen the movie Inside Out, it's like the core memory ball. We can do that with gratitude too. Like all of those gratitude moments are like little balls of going through your nervous system, right? And it's like, it's good energy. Of you want to make more money, solve more problems, and even if you don't have a business yet, or even if you don't desire a business at the moment, but you desire more money, this episode is still for you, because you can still make more money and not be an entrepreneur, and you can be an entrepreneur and make more money. So I love the saying, like, use what you already have and really focus on where you want to go. So solving problems is a habit, it truly is. And so if we know, if you want to make more money, solve more problems is the solution to making more money is to solve more problems, then you getting in the habit of solving more problems will eventually lead to more money. You just can't give up, right? Like you gotta keep chugging along and solve more problems and solve more problems and solve more problems. So guess what? Right now, if you are deciding that you want to make more money, you're going to keep watching this video. Okay, so it is consent, it is choice, that you're watching this video. Okay, then what you're gonna do? Okay? You're gonna keep watching this video, but you're gonna decide to literally enroll yourself and solve your problems. Okay, so how you become a really good entrepreneur and solve more problems, make more money, change the world is by starting with yourself, right? Like, think about some of the people that you most likely follow that you either have spent money with or you want to spend money with. That is no accident, right? Whether you've spent the money already with them, or you're like, Oh, I can't wait till I can spend money with them, they're solving problems, and they're showing you that they're solving problems, and more than likely, their journey of entrepreneurship started with solving their own problems. Okay, so you can literally take the next 30 days and hire yourself. Right? For $1 you're getting, you're getting a bargain, but you can hire yourself, okay, and become your best effing client. Okay? And you're going to be the person solving your own problems, right? So you're going to be your best success story for the next 30 days. We're just, we're just worrying about the next 30 days. So this is what you're going to do. My clients, my students, love when I like, give them the down and dirty deeds of like, go do this. Okay? Because we already have so much decision fatigue as it is, as busy women, busy moms, so let's go. Okay, and if that's not what you're wanting, then I would not listen to this message, okay? But if you're like, I just have so much decision, decision fatigue, and I want to be told what to do. Okay, like, you still gotta do it. You still gotta put the energy and effort in, but I'm going to give you potent what to do. Go do it and watch the magic happen. Okay, so you're hiring yourself for the next 30 days, and you're going to become your best success story for yourself. Okay? So you're going to write down all of your own problems. No one has to see this, by the way. Okay, I want you to think holistically, right? Like we're going to take a little bit of Susie into this conversation, okay, we're going to holistically think about your whole entire life. Put your business outside of this. If you have a business, if you have a day job that goes in another bucket, we're not going to worry about that. That's it's going to be too much. And I don't want you to get lost in the sauce, because you're the MVP. And when we really solve your problems, your business, your day job, your side hustles, whatever it may be, will be next. Okay, we'll get to those alright, but we're going to make you the MVP, you the superstar, you the dream client, you the success story, because your confidence is going to skyrocket. And in the process of this, not only are you solving your own problems for $1 Right? Like a made up dollar, you can literally give yourself, like Monopoly money, or like an actual dollar if you want, or even send, like yourself a invoice type of thing, okay, but that's besides the point, okay, but you're going to write down every challenge. I don't really love the word problem, but every challenge that you have right now, whether it's health and fitness related, if it's relationship related, like, maybe you want more friends, maybe you're single and you want to start dating, maybe you're married or with somebody, but it's not going so well, right? Like, or maybe you want to pay off debt, and that feels like a challenge. Maybe you want to budget better, and that feels like a challenge. Maybe your home feels like a challenge. Maybe working out feels like a challenge or dinner, right? Like your kids, etcetera. It could overwhelm you with this list. You're not alone. People are just not telling you that they're having all of these challenges. Okay, I'm here to tell you I've talked to women making $0 like, they're like, startup to 5 million, you would not believe the amount of conversations I've had that are like, I'm struggling. This is hard. I want to give up, right? Like, and so just for somebody that has spent 1000s and 1000s and 1000s of hours with all different types of women living all different locations, all different walks of life. The common thread is everyone has challenges, and you're just not seeing them right on social media. And that's okay, like no one has to post anything or share anything that they don't want to. But then it can get in our own head and we can get a little cuckoo, okay, but everyone has challenges. You're going to solve your problems. You're going to solve your challenges. Okay, so I want you to get the list going. It could overwhelm you. Okay, when a time I'm feeling energy in my body that I don't love, I go walk, I go clean, I put on music. So if you feel any feelings or emotions or just energy that you don't love. I also want you know that that's normal, because you're literally, like opening up Pandora's box here. Of you're feeling a certain way about things in your life, not feeling how you want. And you're also a high achiever. You have high standards. I have some things currently in my life, and I'm like, I want more. I desire more. I want this to be better. And it's not coming from a bad place. It's just I have high fucking standards, and I know what I'm capable of, and so it's not a bad thing to want more. Again, that's like, one of the things I want you to take away from this episode is it's not bad to have problems. It's not bad to want more. It's not bad to be a high achiever. It's not bad to have high standards. We just get to work on one thing at a time. Okay? So when you get the list going. Move your energy around, and then when you feel like you're in like a really good neutral spot. Q, baby, it's okay. He was having a hard time getting to sleep, so I was like, I'll just take him for my walk. It's okay. It's okay, baby. I might have to do a part two of this, because I don't want to rush this.
