Wake Up & Be Wealthy Podcast

462. Welcome to Wealthy Mama Church - Message 1

Nellie

On this episode, Nellies shares a personal experience of being deeply impacted by a message from the Holy Spirit while vacuuming, emphasizing the common struggle of overthinking among women, particularly entrepreneurs. She highlights that social media often presents a skewed view of success, leading to feelings of isolation and imposter syndrome. Nellie advises that instead of trying to stop overthinking, which is often unsuccessful, one should redirect that energy towards positive thoughts and actions. By focusing on success, confidence, and positive outcomes, individuals can break free from the cycle of overthinking and inaction, ultimately attracting more success and momentum.

We will touch on:

  • Message from the Holy Spirit
  • The Struggle with Overthinking
  • Redirecting Overthinking to Positive Outcomes
  • Changing Perspective to Achieve Success
  • Conclusion and Call to Action

Take Some Action:

  • Start overthinking all the good things, such as your success, confidence, and the positive actions you will take.
  • Lean into the opportunities and get excited about taking action, such as doing more Facebook Lives, DM outreaches, mini-launches, and making more offers.

I can't make this up. I can't make this up. I was literally vacuuming all of upstairs, which I think the Corvo housekeeper should get a really big raise, or like a bonus of some sort, or a paid day off like that would be really, really nice. So give me hashtag live. Hashtag replay. I was literally vacuuming, and this message literally hit me so hard in the heart, so deep in the heart. And I'm like, vacuuming, and I can't stop thinking about it, and I can't stop thinking about it. I can't stop thinking about it. I'm like, well, insert cuss word here. I've been trying to be better not cussing as much, um, for so many reasons, but insert cuss word here. I can't stop thinking about it. So someone out there in the universe, this message is for them. This is literally flooding me, coming from the Holy Spirit the universe. And like I I'm supposed to share this with somebody, so maybe it's you. I have spent literally 1000s and 1000s and 1000s of hours on the phone, on Zoom and in person with women of all walks of life all around the world. Their businesses are either starting up, they're, you know, scaling, or they're like, full fledge in it to win it, type of thing. And there's been so much heaviness that I've heard around like I'm overthinking, I'm stuck. I'm overthinking, I'm stuck, imposter syndrome, and like you're not alone, like I first want you to hear you are not alone. We can easily forget in the world of social media that not everyone is sharing all the deleted scenes with you, right and rightfully so. Every person is entitled to share whatever they want to share on social media, and typically people like to share happy things, and that's beautiful and amazing, but then that can F with you in your mind, because you think no one else is overthinking. Everyone else has their ish together. It's only you on this island, and you're the one overthinking. You're the one that's stuck, and everyone else doesn't have that problem, doesn't have that challenge. And again, just spending 1000s and 1000s of hours with women on the phone, that is the common thread, no matter how much money they're making or not making, no matter how old they are, no matter where they live, so many women, privately are questioning their gifts, their talents, overthinking the offer, overthinking the price, and to somebody that is in this loop of overthinking that creates the you being stuck right Like the longer you overthink, the harder it is to get out of it, which means, like, you're in this like quicksand that makes it really, really hard to move right. And then you're just like, and then you start shaming yourself, typically, because you're like, I've over been, I've over been thinking, like, I'm I am over being, overthinking that was meant to come out, and then, like, you've been there for a while that you're just like in this quicksand, and you like you want to get out, you're over it, but you like you can't. And then you're frustrated, then the shame kicks in, and then you're just like in this doom and gloom. And rightfully so, right? Because like attracts like, when I am on a health and fitness kick, I have momentum. I want to drink more water, I want to eat more protein, I want to get more steps in, right? Like attracts like success breeds more success. But the opposite is true too. So here's the cool part, that this was the message that, like flooded my heart so deeply that I literally stopped vacuuming for this one person that's supposed to think this. So if you have a habit, guess it is a habit. If you I'm gonna come closer to you, okay, if you have a habit of overthinking, guess what? It is so much easier to start overthinking all the good things than to tell yourself to stop overthinking. That doesn't work for overthinkers. If you tell an overthinker to stop overthinking, they're gonna like, it's kind of like when you tell somebody, like, don't look up, they're like, well now I have to look up, right? It's just human nature, and so this is what you're gonna do if you're overthinking right now, I want you to start overthinking all the good things, okay, overthinking your success, overthinking your confidence, overthinking the actions that you're gonna take meaning like you're like, Okay, I'm gonna do this action, then I do this action like everything's gonna work out for me. Okay, so you already have you. You already have the habit of overthinking, so let's just use it to your advantage. Now this will help you inadvertently get unstuck, because you're starting to think about all the good like attracts like. So you already have the habit of overthinking, so now you're gonna overthink all the positive things, then you're like, then you're like, shook. You're gonna get out of the quicksand without you necessarily having to try so hard. And then again, like attracts like you immediately put on different goggles, and you start to look for the opportunities. You start to lean in. You start to get excited. Getting Started or reigniting is the hardest part. Once you get going, you want again. You want to drink more water. You want to do more. Facebook Lives. You want to do more DM outreaches. You want to do more many launches, right? You want to make more offers, right? Whatever it may be, send more emails, text messages, etc, make more money. Like attracts like. So use your habits that you already have to your advantage, and we just may need some tweaking with the habits. But instead of just saying, I'm not gonna do this, which does not work, try a different way, change your viewpoint, change how you look at this, and you'll get a different result, and it'll be so much easier and so much faster. Thank you for coming to wealthy mama church. Let me know if you want more, and hopefully I'll get a paid day off soon if.
